Just wanted to give you a thumbs up for the weekly workouts of FVT. Couple of weeks ago I became an (online) member to the weekly workouts. And although I liked what I saw I had not started yet. I work with KB’s (also include bwe, bulgarian bag and med. Ball) since a couple of years. Since april I had restarted the PM (started during deployment) and back home (june) started doing it with heavier KB’s. Just enjoying that one. Last week during the TGU day I did epic FVT KB challenge of week 6. Man I enjoyed that one and it was tougher than it appeared.
 
Decided yesterday to do week 1 workout 1. Seems simple on paper and I was wondering if I would be doing enough. (used to the swing routines for conditioning, have done some great workouts for the swing session). But it appeared to be enough. (made just some very small changes, eg instead of 35 secs of presses I did ladders of 1-2-3 with heavier KB). Hours later I still felt warm like an oven haha and today I decided to take the day of rest.
 
Seems I am convinced now to stick to your weekly routines. If work (shiftwork) and family allows I will do them every other day otherwise I will stick to the 3 times a week like they are written down.
 
Now I am mad at myself I did not start it straight away (defenitely look forward to the week 6-7 and 8 and probably it only gets better).
